Can I request recurring commercial lawn service?
Yes. LVJ offers recurring service weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Choose recurring maintenance and your preferred frequency in the assessment request, and the schedule is confirmed in your estimate.
Can I request service for multiple properties?
Yes. In the assessment form, choose "I need service at more than one property" and add each location. Every location is recorded separately.
Can I upload an RFP or scope of work?
Yes. You can upload up to 5 documents such as an RFP, bid instructions, a property map or a scope of work, in PDF, DOCX or image format. Documents are private and only seen by the LVJ team.
Can I request multiple services?
Yes. Select every service you are interested in, such as lawn maintenance, landscaping and pressure washing, in one request.
Can LVJ review my property before preparing an estimate?
Yes. Commercial requests start with a property assessment. LVJ reviews your request, photos and documents and may arrange a site visit before preparing an estimate.
How do I request commercial service?
Use the commercial property assessment form or call (843) 625-9741. The form takes a few minutes and works well from a phone at the property.
Do you provide one-time commercial property services?
Yes. Choose "One-time project" as the type of service in the assessment request, for example a clean-up, pressure washing or clearing an overgrown area.
How do I know if my property is within the service area?
LVJ serves communities across the Midlands, Pee Dee, Lowcountry and Metro areas of South Carolina. Include the property ZIP code in your request and LVJ will confirm coverage.
